By using services from us or entering into an agreement, you accept our general terms and conditions.
3. Agreement and offer
An agreement is confirmed after your acceptance of our offer. Please note, offers can be revoked to confirm.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Extra costs are clearly stated. Not timely payment can lead to extra costs.
5. Cancellation policy
For specific services such as courses, can be canceled free of charge up to four weeks before the start, with the exception of administration costs.
6. Liability
Participation in our activities entails risks. We are not liable for damage due to negligence of the participant or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Complaints and disputes:
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days after the service. Disputes are treated under Dutch law.
