We'll start on November 22nd with an introduction, intake, and the first Community Day, focusing on fall training. Afterward, you'll continue training at home: you'll train independently at home and keep your coach updated on how things are going. You'll have regular contact with your coach, who will continually fine-tune the program. The program ends on April 1st , just in time for your first flights !
Independent home training:
You'll receive a weekly strength and core training plan. The plan includes targeted exercises that focus on the muscle groups you use while hang gliding . This will help you become physically stronger, improve your flying technique, and be mentally prepared.
Connect with each other in a private Strava group
. All our athletes join the private Strava group. There, the coach can track your progress, participants can encourage each other, and we'll challenge you!
