You can sign up at any time during the season. After a thorough intake, you'll get started; you'll train independently at home and keep the coach updated on how things are going. Afterward, you'll have regular contact, and the coach will adjust the schedule. Your training continues for as long as you like, and you can cancel it monthly.
Independent home training
You will receive a power and coretrial schedule every week. The diagram contains targeted exercises that focus on the muscle groups that you use during hang gliding . This helps you to become physically stronger and to improve your flight techniques and to be well prepared.
Train together with an app.
Participants in this training have access to a private group on Strava. There you can encourage and challenge each other, and the coach will track your progress.
Payment:
You pay monthly, in advance. You can also cancel your subscription at any time. Do this by email, well before the start of your next month.

Soon after the start of the training I noticed a positive effect during soaren; I could keep a flatter angle-of-down without bothering my neck.
A little further in the training I noticed during a mountain flight that left and right turns went just as well, while I used to have a preference for left turns.
And, nice bonus, the sling roads on the motorcycle are also much smoother.
