It is a beautiful area with lots of nature and culture and with dozens of flights. If we can't fly on Sapenay, we will move to another place. If it is bad everywhere, there are all kinds of other activities to experience.
The learning objectives of this mountain internship Sapenay
Mountain Stage Sapenay program
The first day we start at 10 am with material checks and an extensive briefing about mountain flying. In the afternoon we look at the starting place and the landing site, and we make a plan for logistics. In the evening you view the weather forecast with your flight sizes and we make a plan for the first flying day.
The following days we fly as much as possible, in varying circumstances. Count on two flights a day, a sliding flight to refine your technique and a thermal flight where you try to stay in the air for longer.
There is a briefing for every flight and a short debriefing after each flight. In the evening at the campsite everyone gets feedback and we reflect on your experiences. They are full days: count on being active from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. That includes a splash in the lake to cool down!

This internship includes 9 days of guidance, also on non-flying days, and excluding travel and accommodation costs and any costs for additional program components.
