As a mentor you work according to carefully developed guidelines. We place high demands on flying experience, safety knowledge and coaching skills. You go through a certification process that officially gives you the authority to guide new pilots according to the quality and safety standards of Delta Fly Adventures.

Training and development for mentors

To optimally prepare you as a mentor, we offer a special training that combines practical and theoretical knowledge and you learn how to apply it effectively.

Coaching and classes to guide starting pilots in an effective way.
Recognizing and correcting common beginners errors.
